Anteriormente, hab\u00eda progresado en el Comit\u00e9 de Transporte e Infraestructuras de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, adjunta como enmienda a la Ley de Reautorizaci\u00f3n de la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Aviaci\u00f3n, con una oposici\u00f3n m\u00ednima.
