Julio Resendez
Media Director
Julio Resendez is a first-generation Texan, raised in The Woodlands where he established his business roots after college. A serial entrepreneur, he has successfully started and exited several businesses across the web, tech, and film industries — most notably as a partner at Nebular Films, a name well known in the local community. That experience taking businesses from 0-to-1 is what shapes his strategic insight as Media Director.
Beyond media, Julio leads design and branding, developing the standards that keep the look and feel consistent across every digital and print touchpoint. He also focuses on high-touch materials that elevate the client experience, and builds proprietary dashboards powered by AI that turn high-fidelity data into insights the team can act on.
In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Julio proudly served as the Chairman of the Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber. This diverse community is dedicated to elevating the Hispanic business community in the North Houston area, reflecting Julio's commitment to fostering growth and opportunity.
Julio and his wife, Irene, spend their time traveling off the beaten path and seeking out unique dining experiences, usually with a camera along for it — 120 film on a Mamiya RB67, 35mm on a Leica R7, or digital on a Fujifilm X-Pro3. They reside in The Woodlands with their almost identical cats, Tunisia and Bronco Henry.
Fun Fact: Before embarking on his business career, Julio worked in the music industry as an artist manager and VP of Marketing. This role allowed him to travel across the country, often on private jets, to record music with his artists. Additionally, he had the unique opportunity to work closely with the producers of the Oscar-winning film "Dallas Buyers Club," which was produced here in The Woodlands.
